We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. Please review our Shipping Policy page for more information.

If you are not in love with your new purchase, please contact us at sales@oranicole.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will gladly provide an exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 10 days of receiving your purchase back. All goods must be returned in their original condition and fully insured.

Items that are custom made or special ordered are non-returnable nor refundable.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

If there is a repair need or damage to your piece of jewelry, please email us at nicole@oranicole.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, and a photo of the damage. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. You will be responsible for shipping, and the cost of the repair will be determined upon communication of the damage.

Each piece is designed in Chicago and made with lots of love and care. Due to the nature of fine jewelry and gemstones, each piece should be handled with care. We highly suggest taking off your jewelry before washing your hands, showering, or doing any hard work, in order to preserve the quality of each piece. 

All sterling silver naturally oxidizes or tarnishes. Prolonged exposure to the air and your body’s natural chemistry can speed up this process for us. Avoid direct contact with showers, perfume, lotion, chlorine, and bleach. All silver jewelry should be stored in a little air-tight ziplock bag to help slow the oxidation process.
